Relax, as the sales module of Focus RT takes care of all the nitty gritty associated with a lead generation initiation. You will be provided with campaign manager as well as an appointment tracker and daily task planner.

Invoicing:
You can customize the formats of the invoices as per your preference. You have the option to acquire job based as well as customer based time sheets and can carry out analysis on these time sheets. Invoicing is based on these time sheets.

Point of Sales:
It provides total integration with Pole Display, Cash Drawer and Credit Card. It has a facility for partial credit as well as cash invoicing and can handle multiple currencies.

Customer Service Records:
Focus RT keeps an account of service requests and customer login generation. Calls can be automatically or manually allotted to the preferred executive. Mails can be sent to the customer and the supervisor on job completion or escalation. It maintains a history of customer service.
