Order taking

Orders can be taken manually using KOT or electronically using wireless order taking devices.  Once the order is taken, it will be printed on the appropriate kitchen, which can also specify which guest ordered the item, the meal type (starter main course or desert), Table number and waiter, so that the chef will arrange to deliver the order to correct table or waiter.  There can be multiple number of kitchens, a single order can be sent to multiple kitchens.

Taking orders quickly and easily impresses your guests and gives you a good turn around time for each table. Taking the orders using the hand held device reduces the order taking time by 50%. It not only makes it quick it also helps the captains to be on the restaurant floor making them available to the guests.

Kitchen Printing

XtreMe - Hash House can print orders to the kitchen so that the chef can prepare the meals, and send to the table or to the captain who ordered it. The system keeps track of all orders that is made and produces reports at the end of the day for reconciliation and analytical purpose.

XtreMe Hash House can send one order to multiple kitchens depending on the type of dishes that is in the order. Items can be edited cancelled and such messages also sent to the kitchen for required action

Cashier Billing (Invoice)

The system keeps track of all orders taken against a table; no matter how many times the orders are taken. The bills can be printed to be presented to the customer for collection, which then can be settled in the system. The system can accept different type of payments such as cash, credit card, foreign currency, gift coupons etc. System also allows multiple cashiers with different close out, and individual reports. Various reports on collections either summary or in detail can be printed at any given time.

Recipe Management (Optional) 

Recipe of the dishes and food items (including drinks) can be maintained in the system which will allow the system to do the costing for the sales that has been done and enable the system to produce all the MIS report for the management to understand their restaurant operation. 

Inventory control (Optional)

XtreMe - Hash House also provides inventory management for the ingredients (inventory items). The inventory can be linked to the recipe where the system can automatically deduct stocks that had been used in the preparation of dishes or drinks. All inventory related functionalities such as purchasing, stock taking, maintaining different stock locations are possible in the system.

Financial Accounting (Optional)

XtreMe - Hash House can be integrated to FOCUS for all the accounting functionalities. This is full fledged accounting software which can handle all the functions required in an accounting department. The full integration allows all the sales and related information to be sent to the accounting module automatically, which avoids any duplicate data entry.

Customer Loyalty (Optional)

XtreMe - Hash House also has ability to track customer visits and sales pattern. Each customer can be given a number and with that customer bills can be tracked easily. This option also helps in home delivery system, where the customers’ information can be pulled from the customer database for their addresses and also identifies the customer’s regular orders (History) which helps to serve the customers better and builds loyalty of the customer towards the restaurant.
